In this list I’m revealing my favorite London rooftop bars where you can indulge on a cocktail while overlooking the best views in town.
Radio Rooftop Bar at ME Hotel:
Radio rooftop bar is one of the trendiest places in London; this is the place to be! It offers a breathtaking view of London that is unique to the ME hotel. On the weekends this place becomes lively and packed so be prepared to queue up or make sure you reserve a table.
Vista Bar at the Trafalgar Hotel:
I love this bar for its views and drinks so much that I went back for a third visit. What’s so special about this bar is that it is perfect for couples looking for a romantic setting. Each couple can sit at the bar chairs facing directly the incredible view, drinking cocktails, and sharing a platter of delicious food.
Sky Pod at the Sky Garden:
The Sky Pod bar at Sky Garden has the best venue to get a glimpse of all of London in an incredible panorama view. This is probably the best option for those who have limited time in London or visiting for the first time and want to see everything clearly from above. It is also a good option for its delicious cocktails and snacks. For daytime visits you need to book a free ticket for up to three weeks in advance HERE.
Rumpus Bar at the Mondrian Hotel:
This incredible rooftop bar is located at Mondrian Hotel and has a lively and young atmosphere and is perfect for a get together with friends for an after-work drinks. It offers an incredible view of London’s riverbank and has modern décor.
Aqua at the Shard:
Aqua is a British restaurant and is by the far the most luxurious place on this list. If you’re all about the finest things in life, do not miss a visit to this restaurant or just to the bar for a drink. The food, the decor, the atmosphere, and of course, the views- it doesn’t get any better than this.
Sushi Samba:
Sushi Samba is the hottest sushi restaurant in town, located on the 38th floor of Heron Tower. Besides of the delicious food, there is also a great bar at the restaurant. You could enjoy your drinks at the terrace overlooking one of the best views in London.
Madison Rooftop Bar:
Madison is a tapas restaurant on the 6th floor with terrace bar that offers the best view of St. Paul’s Cathedral. You don’t want to miss the chance of drinking and mingling in this amazing and trendy venue in London.
